Today&#8217;s the second and last day of the annual celebration of the cultures of Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan and North India &#8212; and a terrific shopping opportunity.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The food is great &#8212; long lines for those soul-satisfying momo dumplings.
