The trouble with keeping a blog that your friends read is — your friends read your blog.<\/p>\n

Which means that if you are feeling weepy because your spouse isn’t here any more and you’ve got no one to watch the NBA finals with and you say so publicly<\/a> on your blog — your friends are going to hear about it.<\/p>\n

Which is embarrassing.<\/p>\n

But it’s also kind of cool. Because then your friends — also Warriors fans — invite you over to watch a game with them. And then you invite them back to watch another one at your house.<\/p>\n

And by the time the sixth game of\u00a0 the finals comes around, you’ve got someone to cheer your team with.<\/p>\n

Which is pretty cool.<\/p>\n

Also cool: the Warriors come through and win that sixth game<\/a> against the Celtics\u00a0 — 103-90 — to bring home the NBA’s 75th anniversary season trophy.<\/p>\n
