Director of Property Operations

A well established organization in the western Minnesota lakes area is hiring a Director of Property Operations to oversee a large residential property portfolio along with the teams responsible for leasing, maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day operations. This leadership role will focus on operational oversight, financial performance, tenant relations, and long-term planning across multiple properties and outside management contracts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of property management or housing operations experience
• Experience leading teams across leasing, maintenance, or multi-site operations
• Strong understanding of budgets, compliance, and property performance
• Ability to build relationships with tenants, staff, vendors, and external partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-driven leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
