Account Executive
Valley Professional Search is partnering with a Fargo company to identify an Account Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, technology-savvy sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and creating long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Utilize technology platforms to track activity and manage relationships
- Build and grow a profitable portfolio of accounts
- Follow up on company-provided leads while creating new opportunities independently
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and business partners
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone and computer
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn performance-based compensation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and professionally navigate challenging situations
- Technology savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and software
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals
This is as full-time, long-term position that offers a benefits package and a salary plus commission. The salary will range from $40k-$60k and include uncapped commission potential. This role can be worked fully in office, or hybrid.
