Project Manager

Fargo-Moorhead area company is seeking a motivated Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee field-based projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring quality standards, and serving as the main point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate teams and resources to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor progress and address risks or delays proactively
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and expectations
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools/software
• PMP or similar certification preferred

Additional Details:

• Ability to travel to field sites as needed
