Mortgage Closer

A growing financial services company in the Fargo area is hiring a Mortgage Closer to support residential loan closings and ensure compliance throughout the final stages of the lending process. This role works closely with lenders, title companies, and borrowers to coordinate accurate and timely closings while maintaining compliance with federal mortgage regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in mortgage closing, processing, title, or related lending operations
Knowledge of TRID / TILA-RESPA and Dodd-Frank regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Comfortable reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
Title company experience is a plus
Candidates without direct mortgage compliance experience may still be considered if they have related industry experience and strong administrative or transaction coordination skills
