Production Technician

A Fargo company is seeking a reliable Production Technician to support production operations in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $50k-$60k
• Monday–Friday, with seasonal overtime available
• Benefits package, including bonus potential, healthcare, retirement, and more

Responsibilities:

• Assemble materials to specifications
• Read drawings and verify materials for accuracy
• Operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
