Experienced Residential Estimator

A well-established residential construction company in the Fargo-Moorhead area is seeking an experienced Residential Estimator to join their team.

This is a senior-level position focused on preparing accurate construction estimates, managing project budgets during the preconstruction process, and helping ensure projects are set up for success before construction begins. The ideal candidate will have extensive residential estimating experience and be comfortable working directly with plans, specifications, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive residential estimating experience, preferably within custom home or high-end residential construction\
• Proven ability to develop accurate project estimates, budgets, and cost projections from plans and specifications
• Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, along with the ability to evaluate and negotiate pricing
• Ability to identify cost impacts, value engineering opportunities, and budget risks during preconstruction
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working independently in a senior-level role
