Building AI QA from the Ground Up Isn’t a Role — It’s a Responsibility

When teams explore AI capabilities, there’s often excitement about what’s possible… but little clarity around what’s required.
Over the last several months, I’ve been quietly leading foundational QA architecture for AI product initiatives — identifying systemic gaps, redefining coverage models, and reinforcing standards that protect the build.
It hasn’t always been easy. But real innovation requires a tolerance for ambiguity, an eye for root causes, and above all… discipline.
QA is no longer about just passing tests — it’s about creating guardrails for evolving systems.
And in the world of AI, that starts with structure, not ceremony.
I’ll be sharing more soon about how to balance architectural clarity with adaptive delivery.
Until then, I’m curious:
How are your teams approaching QA when it comes to AI-enabled platforms?
